Ron was wonderful. It was our first time buying a home, and we did a FSBO transaction without a realtor to walk us through the process. Ron was always happy to explain documents line by line until we really understood what we were signing. When the sellers offered us a credit for damage they found at the last minute, Ron rushed to get everything worked out with the paperwork in time for us to close as scheduled. Highly recommend!
