Larry was always super responsive and helpful. Any question I had, he answered right away, and walked me through every step that was needed. Even though the process took a while (my fault), he was very patient and always encouraged me that we'd get there, and we did!
It was clear from the first conversation with Larry that the lending process was going to be smooth sailing. He clearly explained to me the lending process and reiterated his and my expectations. In order to get me a reasonable interest rate, he monitored the market at the time and locked me into a decent interest rate. He made himself available each time I had a question. Larry is a great guy. My overall experience with this lender was excellent. Highly recommended.
