Great customer service!! Our truck got a flat and we just happened to park beside the building to try and change our tire. The shop had just closed and Alex came out and helped us get it changed on his way out of his shift!
they were amazing! Great customer service, and very personable. we were driving through on a roadtrip with our dog and our tire censor went off, we had two nails in a tire. they fixed us up super quick and sent us on our way! they were so so kind and offered our puppy some water. HIGHLY recommend them for all your tire needs!
Fix tire fast and efficiently. Went to Smith Ford to get oil changed tire needed to be fixed they refused to fix it. Updated review: I had new tires installed at Smith Ford during a service visit. Soon after, I noticed a vibration. Because they had initially put the wrong tires on and seemed reluctant when replacing them, I didn’t feel comfortable going back.
