We stopped in Ft. Stockton while traveling, and woke up to a completely flat tire. In an unknown town, in an unfamiliar area, and trying to get to family by a certain timeline, we found the help we needed from the friendly crew at Bill Williams Tire Center. We pulled up and they were quick to greet us and go to work on patching up our tire. We happen to have hard to find tires, that tend to be rather expensive so we knew a patch would be our best bet, if possible. Incredible service! Dropped my car off after a 3am blowout. First thing in the morning they called and let me know my car had an unusual tire size which they didn’t have in stock, but Isaac picked me up at my hotel and drove me to a different shop to grab the right tire, so I wouldn’t have to get towed again. All at no extra charge. Really exceptional place, my biggest thanks to Isaac and Frankie!
Bill Williams Tire helped us in a huge way. Frankie was very knowledgeable and kind when we expressed our situation. Freddie and Saul did quick work on our tires. If you’re in Fort Stockton, check these guys out!
