Arrived in Lubbock for my mother’s partial hip replacement surgery, stepped out of the car and immediately heard my tire going flat in her driveway. Called Bill Williams Tire Center for repairs. They arrived within 30 minutes. The tire was trashed. Bill Williams Tire was able to get a new tire, it mounted, and balanced by the time I returned from the hospital. Service was AMAZING!! Thank you Bill William’s Tire for making an already stressful situation a non-event. 10+ service rating!!

Just had a set of new tires put on my 2014 Toyota Tacoma. I went with the Falken Wildpeak AT4W tires. Bill Williams had the in stock, stuck to the quote, and got right to me. Less than an hour. Tires were about $120 less than the big discount competitor. Throw in all the add ons that the competitor automatically put in the quote and I saved well over $300. Well worth it! I’ll be back on my next sets of tires. Highly recommend!
