Bill and Joann are done to earth people that know their business. This is our second time buying products for another bathroom renovation. They even ordered a tile that they don't carry for us. I'd rather support a family owned business vs the big box stores whenever I can. They have a great selection of tile and all kinds of flooring. They are in a great big old warehouse with lots of history that also supports other local businesses.
We had our kitchen floor done by Bill. Great communication. Install was quick and professional.

Acts of kindness are always remembered. Bill sold me a small remnant for my temporary puppy setup and delivered it as well. It's almost as if he saw my house and tried to match it from his larger job!
