Over the course of 5 years, we have put up with Bill and crew inconsistency, unprofessionalism and bully mentality, simply because he is a very cheap option. Beware, you truly do get what you pay for. My husband and I have never been late on a payment, using Zelle per Bill’s request. Despite this, we get threatening phone calls every 6 months or so claiming we owe him hundreds of dollars and he “doesn’t appreciate not being paid for the work he did.” This is always met by us sending screen shots to ultimately prove our innoc... read more
Below is my previous review, which is still true until I was preparing to sell my house. After MANY years with Bill, and my payments very occasionally late due to me being in the hospital, Bill turned into something I can’t define. I absolutely agree with paying on time. Before I sold my house, I was in the hospital for 2 months (Bill was aware). When my house was pending, Bill started threatening a LIEN because I missed a payment.
