If you value your money, stay away from Bill White's service department. They kept my Tiguan for months, never once initiated a call to me to let me know what was going on, did not provide a loaner vehicle or any apology for their mistakes, misdiagnosed the problem multiple times, ordered incorrect parts, quoted me one price to fix it, then raised it by more than $1500 when it was all said and done.
