Matt has been great when it comes to servicing my vehicles. They do what they say & are honest about any issues. Mike, Matt & Jamie are a great service team. Makes the dreaded auto repairs a bit easier to deal with.
Went to Gjovik Plano and asked them for the fifth time to check and fix the squeak of my car, but they kept telling me that the squeak is normal and everything is fine, which is not. One lady argued with me and told me that I need to pay $600 for them to fix the squeak. So I decided to go in Bill Walsh Ottawa and Jamie Glassman assisted me, everyone was nice and friendly.
