I spoke with Rob regarding my auto insurance and not only was he very knowledgeable but he was SO KIND. I 100% recommend going here for your insurance needs.
I've been a customer of BWI for about 10 years and very happy with the service they provide. Rob & Mike both are very professional and responsive. If I have any questions, issues or concerns regarding my auto or home insurance they are quick to respond.
Well the experience at the beginning with Bill was helpful after 6 month he asked me to renew the the same insurance for over $200 more, I asked him why? and he said it is what it is, WOW is that how you treat your clients? I don't recommend this insurance agency.
Just wonderful all around ! Great customer service. Would highly recommend
