I had booked a simple oil change appointment for today. I arrived just a few minutes late, and my appointment was canceled without even giving me a chance to explain. The courteous and attentive attitude shown during the vehicle purchase process should also be reflected in the after-sales service. If the goal is to build loyal customers, this approach needs to be reconsidered. Selling the car is not the end of the relationship; consistent service afterward is just as important for the success of the brand.
