I used to bring my vehicles to this location because I would get good service leadership has changed in the collision department and it has been a train wreck! Recently, my wife’s car was there and when it was almost ready, one of the service techs hit another vehicle. They screwed up on the insurance claim And we almost didn’t get coverage. PAINT on the center console, trim around the driver side door is messed up so there is wind noise, and windshield is cracked. Front bumper was repainted and the paint was already chipping on the bumper where the hood meets the bumper. Took way too long, way too many hold ups with your shop. How did you have the car for 2.5 months and not check these things? I had the car for 30 minutes and already found all these problems. Who knows what other half ass work was done to the car.
