Bill went above and beyond selling my house and finding me another one to buy. On the sale side, he put me in touch with a concrete repair company, painter, plumber, and hired a cleaning crew to get the house ready for showings. He also hired a drown company and a photographer to take pictures. Once the house sold, he helped on moving day and helped get exercise equipment out of the basement as well as getting unwanted furniture picked up by a junk removal company. If we could give 100 stars we would! We initially chose Bill to handle the sale of our home because he was knowledgeable of the area and very prepared at our first meeting. Selling our house wasn't something we had to do at the time, we wanted to dip our toes in the housing market pool and see what would happen.
