Walked in on a Saturday afternoon, and got an appointment straight away. Service was great and i didnt wait long, service staff where true to their word. Dr J Pham was upfront, knowledgeable and thoughtful. She asked questions without being too intrusive. Tooth cleaning has always been painful for me, but this wasnt that bad. I felt that she made every effort to ensure top mouth hygiene. Will visit again!

We had an appointment at 3:30pm and we came at 3:20pm but the staff put a different customer in, the one that did not book. They let them in first and we had to wait 45 more minutes. When we complained about that the staff answer was very very rude. The dental office was terrible.

Customer service is terrible. We're running about 15 minutes late, so we called up 15 minutes prior to our appointment to let them know we're running late. When I'm on the phone with the receptionist, i told her I'm running late, she asked why am I late in a demanding voice like we're in trouble. I have the courtesy to let them know im late in advance, why do I need to give a reason that I'm late.
