Bill and Tim's has become one of my favorite lunch spots in town. Their traditional-style BBQ is consistently delicious, and the friendly service keeps me coming back. On my most recent visit, I had the BBQ salad with brisket, which was excellent, but if you're trying to decide, don't overlook the tri-tip salad—it's one of my favorites and always hits the spot. Loaded chips didn't come with the pork, beans, and ranch that was advertised and paid for. My previous experience was also an hour long wait after the pick up time.
I have the tri-tip Reuben was a pint of beer and it was excellent ! service was right on the money of course they weren't very busy but still excellent service! Downfall was homeless guy walked by and threw up in the bushes right outside our window
