This office does not help its policy holders when a crisis arise. We have one of our rental policies with this agent (many other policies with a different agent). This property with this agent sustained roof damage that require a h/o claim. The claim department was not being helpful, called this agent for assistance, none was offered. I called our other agent and he helped eventhough he don't hold this particular policy. This office is a joke!!
