We dealt with Scott Collins here. He was great! We felt that we got a fair price for our trade in on our 23 foot airstream. He was professional and considerate. We were one of those people who traded during the international rally. He and his staff helped us transfer all our belongings from the 23 to the 25 trailer in one day. We would deal with him again. We love our new trailer.
Noticed discoloration in the floor of our camper in July and dropped the camper off in August, camper was there for about a month. I was told the discoloration was not mold but a reaction in the materials used in the floor and nothing could be done to correct. I can only assume that being sure it was not mold meant that someone actually looked to see if there were any leaks that may have been the source of the problem. Customer service fail. As a new camper owner, stumbling through the parts department looking for parts on my own with nobody offering to help, I purchased the part I needed with my grand daughter in tow. In the parking lot, my car would not start, it was close to closing time, I popped the hood, waited 45 minutes for my husband to arrive, watching every employee leave the building and not one asked if I was ok, if I needed a hand, if I needed a jump, or a tool which I obviously did with cables lying on the engine. I recently purchased my very first camper from Bill Thomas. It's a 2001 Hollywood Rambler that my wife & I are going to modernize. Bryan Hope took good care of us. We felt that we were treated with professionally and fair. The entire staff at Bill Thomas is very approachable, seemed very honest and did roll out a high pressure sale routine with us.
