For the price of his old mowers you are better off going across the street and getting a new one! The used mowers are crazy high prices for used.

Not a fully licensed and insured business. Just doing side work and pocketing cash. Saw a Facebook page ad, took a batwing mower there, and the operation is amateur. They don't know how to fix things, and just wanted to charge money to do nothing. Go somewhere else. They were reported to the Maryland division of revenue, the state, and with the county. Go ahead and ask to see their business license.... when we did, they said they were told they didn't need one lol.
