good reasonable service Im Very happy with their service I will continue bringing my vehicle there. they always had the job done on time. very Professional and courteous....I recommend....
Poor Quality Workmanship I took my car there, waited for ever, and they messed up the job they were doing. It was 'not their fault' according to them, but what broke was obviously a direct result of work they had done. I'll never take a car there again. Their parts department is excellent however.
Bill Smith's Auto A/C Inc. is great establishment Having an older vehicle it's hard for me to find sevice that is reasonable.These guys know their stuff. They told me what was wrong and repaired my car in little to no time.

If you could rate 0 stars that’s what I would rate this shop. I went to this shop to have them look at my electrical connections on my AC. After having my truck for 8 hours they call me up to say it’s my compressor which would cost 1700. Now I know a little bit about cars and am not stupid. I had taken my car to a shop before this one who had told me that everything was good with the ac itself that it was an electrical issue. My compressor was good and the whole 9 yards.
