If you could rate 0 stars that’s what I would rate this shop. I went to this shop to have them look at my electrical connections on my AC. After having my truck for 8 hours they call me up to say it’s my compressor which would cost 1700. Now I know a little bit about cars and am not stupid. I had taken my car to a shop before this one who had told me that everything was good with the ac itself that it was an electrical issue. My compressor was good and the whole 9 yards. I got reamed. $600 later they RUINED our ac. Went in with our ac working by jumping relay to RUINED complete system. (OVER PRESSURIZED) Do not go there, put your own switches in rather than go to them, they are incompetent, no apology either! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
If it were not for Bill Smith's Auto, my '95 Honda would probably not still be running. BSA service is honest and reliable.
