VERY WORST customer service in the industry!!!!!! Especially Cynthia, who answers the phone at the Fort Myers location. If you want absolutely HORRIBLE customer service these are the people to go with.
Purchased a Viking oven from Bill Smith in Fort Myers in Nov 2020. Thirty days after receiving the oven the door will not stay closed while cooking. Called to have the door repaired and as of June 2021 I am still waiting. I call the service department for an update and they continue to change the time frame on when the repairs will be done. They promise to call with an update and never do. Would not buy another product from Bill Smith store.
