Beware buyer beware!! They sell broken appliances. Purchased a “brand new refrigerator “ 8 months later broke. Called for customer service. They tried to make me pay for a diagnostic fee. THEYRE KNOWN SCAMMERS & FRAUDSTERS BUYER BEWARE!!

< I have a Bill Smith appliance warranty on all the appliances in our house. My experience over the last year has been calling and waiting on the phone for a minimum of 30 plus minutes. Once you reach someone you are scheduled 2-3 weeks out. Once they arrive for the diagnosis, then you can expect at least 2 weeks for the part to arrive, and finally, another 4 weeks for the actual repair. In total 8-10 weeks for an actual repair. One year old dishwasher purchased from Bill Smith on Bald Eagle Drive. Despite being a top of the line unit, it stopped working. Had to wait one month for a technician to diagnose the problem. Now, another two months, so far, waiting for the repair. Never again. This company does not support its products or take care of customers who spent $10,000+ on new appliances in early 2024.
