Bought a dryer with a steamer attachment. Dryer was delivered without steamer attachment and dryer didn't work from first try - error shown on display. Called store to get steamer attachment and repair for dryer. They said both scheduled for 4 days later. 4 days later installers arrive to install steamer attachment. They determine that dryer cannot have a steamer attachment and leave. Repair person doesn't show up. Calls to company indicate they lost repair order. Reschedule for 2 days later.
