We have purchased tens of thousands of dollars of products from this store and until our purchase of an expensive subzero fridge were satisfied. However, the store sold us an $11k fridge and warranty to service our fridge on North Captiva. They knew where it was going and we even paid for their installers. But now the fridge isn't working and they REFUSE to uphold the service contract because the fridge is located on an island.
