We used Bill Smith Appliances in the past & were happy. This time we have a scratch on the right handle of the door! Also, the truck arrived and we weren't called as promised. Our guests and us were scrambling to quickly get food out of the freezer & refrigerator of the old refrigerator! All in all, we've always been more than happy with Bill Smith Appliances! I would recommend them and buy there again. Post script: There's a new handle ordered.
