Very calm and nice environment. I had researched and knew what dishwasher I wanted. I just had a few questions and Phillip answered them. Bought a new dishwasher Labor Day weekend and it was installed that weekend. No hassles just a nice place to shop and buy. Got to run it once and it was very quiet and so far all is well.
Fast and reliable service. Competitive prices. I buy all of my appliances from Bill Smith.
So far so good. Guys said if trouble on install, call the store, and for standard cost they'd send an installer. Also for warranty issues if any, call the store. Nice not a box deal.
