They were prompt, professional, personable, but most importantly, effective, all while performing the repair for thousands less than some of the other quotes I received. We have dealt with Bill Shields Roofing many times in over 50 years. They are always pleasant, on time, better than reasonable price, efficient completion of the job, and explanation of what work they did.
These folks know their job, understand customer service and give good quality work which is a value albeit expensive. First, they come fast for an estimate. Yes they call you back when others didn’t. The contract is easy to understand. Unlike other contractors, the manager (Christina) knows what’s going on and keeps you in the loop. Excellent communication. No surprises. Wow!!!! Best Roofing Contractor Ever! After reaching out to 2 other roofing contractors who had very high reviews, they both told me I needed a new roof and were not able to do repairs, then Bill Shields came to my rescue. They repaired my roof and soffit and did some general maintenance, saving me thousands $$$! They are honest, competent and I will trust no other roofer going forward. Thank you so much Bill Shields.
