They just finished our new roof. Great company with great team members. The roofers worked hard, they were very polite, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. I would highly recommend them
These folks know their job, understand customer service and give good quality work which is a value albeit expensive. First, they come fast for an estimate. Yes they call you back when others didn’t. The contract is easy to understand. Unlike other contractors, the manager (Christina) knows what’s going on and keeps you in the loop. Excellent communication. No surprises. Wow!!!! Best Roofing Contractor Ever! After reaching out to 2 other roofing contractors who had very high reviews, they both told me I needed a new roof and were not able to do repairs, then Bill Shields came to my rescue.
