Recommendedhighly recommend. used bill shea twice...this second time, we had an issue with the meterial quality we selected and bill and his team were great and got it resolved without question. now all I'm hearing is that "these counters are perfect". happy customer. thank you bill and team
I have no problem with the fabrication of the counter tops. They did a great job. What I do have a problem with is the lack of communication both before and after the install. I was promised a 'friends and family' discount on the countertops, but mysteriously this discount never appeared. Even after sending a registered letter, I have had no response. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service here and have elected to choose another company for my upcoming countertop installations.
Do a good job. Have people who show up and know what they are doing!!! I'd never recommend this place to work in my house .......
