OmG....Billy is still around??? He was great! I got an engagement ring from him... wow, I have to think...April '98. How time flies. What a gentleman and knowledgeable guy. He was very helpful and gave me a great deal. So it's been awhile, but I'm sure he's gotten better with time. I'm so glad he's still doing his life passion.
