tow company called to the scene of the accident, was asked to tow to the shop we use, but instead towed to his salvage & repair shop. Insurance company, our shop and myself could not get our vehicle released to our shop and were given the runaround when trying to access our vehicle. Took 4 days to get our vehicle released and Bills Sales charged an unbelievable amount for tow of 5 miles & what should have been 1 day storage which he turned into 3. $1000 is reasonable, don't you think??
