I brought my car in for a simple repair, and when I got it back, the car was working as it should but all the change I had in the vehicle was gone. When I asked the shop about it, they basically shrugged it off, saying they’ve had stuff stolen from cars before and didn’t seem concerned at all. We were on a road trip when our vehicle started having trouble. Bill's Full Sevice was able to diagnose the issue quickly and they got us back on the road in a few hours. They were very friendly!
I hardly ever write reviews, but I feel compelled to let the Bloomington-Normal area know about the excellent service I received today at Bill's. They not only repaired my exhaust problem, but also took care of a few other minor issues at no cost. Their final charge was more than fair.
