We were on a road trip when our vehicle started having trouble. Bill's Full Sevice was able to diagnose the issue quickly and they got us back on the road in a few hours. They were very friendly!
I hardly ever write reviews, but I feel compelled to let the Bloomington-Normal area know about the excellent service I received today at Bill's. They not only repaired my exhaust problem, but also took care of a few other minor issues at no cost. Their final charge was more than fair. The chief mechanic really listened to what I needed and could afford. He was super-friendly and provided me with outstanding customer service.
