I used Bill Rohrbaughs for a wedding reception. The bus did not show for the first pick up so the wedding party had to drive themselves to the event thus arriving too late to take the early photos and set the entire schedule off for the rest of the evening. The company had been given 4 contact numbers but never called any of them to let anyone know they would not be arriving.
