I never had Ritchie’s to come, but I tried. It would be days before he’d return a call, then he’d promise he’d call me the next day, and that didn’t happen. We played phone tag a lot !!!!!! Always some excuse. So he gave me a quote for my house, just by my input, and I thought it was rather hi- 400$/ for carpet in 2 rooms, and hard floors elsewhere.
