Could not help me with the question I had
Bill Rae, himself, and his staff have been very rude and condescending during this difficult time. On top of totaling my car, I've had to put up with abrasive calls, texts, and voicemails. This staff could benefit from customer service training. I've never been treated this way and I will be changing locations.
Great place we've been there 20 plus years.always friendly service.the cheapest ins. Not always the best.their Fair priced and good.
My experience with Bill Rea and his staff have been horrible. I have had them as my agent for years and all was ok when I was just paying my bills and needed nothing from them. Just recently I needed to add insurance for a second car, and the way I was talked to was so rude that I told them I'd be moving to another agent. Bill Rea himself called and I see the rudeness comes from the top down. He is being totally uncooperative in tranferring my account to another agent.
