We had a driver abandon one of our trucks on the coldest days possible and truck was off for 2 days and naturally froze up. Bill & Rays were there in under an hour to tow us back to their shop and get our truck thawed out and swap filters. The service department communicated every step of the way and there were no surprises on the bill except that it was cheaper than I’d ever seen for a tow bill alone and my bill included labor. I would most definitely recommend Bill &Rays to anyone looking for service or a tow
Had elbow strip out of the head after 7 o’clock at night they were still at the shop, said to bring it down and they would look at it, came up with a game plan and was on the road shortly afternoon the following day. Very knowledgeable mechanics friendly staff need to be more places like this would recommend to everyone five stars.. thanks again for helping me out
