I brought my 2025 Subaru Impreza in for its first maintenance, I was very impressed with how friendly and quick everyone was. I will trust Bill Rapp Subaru with all my maintenance and repairs, And, when I’m ready for my next new vehicle, I will 100% be buying it from Bill Rapp Subaru.
We went to Romano subaru for 2 forresters. At that time we leased one and told them we would be back in two months once we could turn in my lease. Romano did not hold true on the price of the car, it was going to cost $50 more a month than the car we got 2 months ago. We called Bill Rapp and they not only met the original quote they beat it by $1. Bill Rapp is now our service and dealership due to the honesty and quickness we walked out with our new car within 24 hrs!!
