Avoid “Express” Service. Went at 2pm on a week day and they were closed?? Went following day and it was hour and half wait. Not Express or convenient.
My wife and I both just purchased cars here and the experience was excellent. Jeff was our salesman and was attentive to our needs and the process was quick and smooth. Highly recommend going to Bill Rapp Subaru if you are looking for a great vehicle!
Very friendly, professional services. The shop kept in touch with me via email and text to give me updates on my repair- which was done fairly fast based on the damage.
