I was a walk-in for an oil change with no appointment. I was offered to stay or come back, but it was nearing lunch time so they said it would probably after lunch. I chose to stay and I had a book with me. Turns out, they were able to get me in sooner than they thought. I didn't even get to read much as it was the fastest I've ever been for an oil change! Great customer service!
