I was honestly dreading trying to find a Subaru I loved in my budget. I was directed to Bill Rapp Subaru by a friend who recently purchased hers there. I was pleasantly surprised at the experience! Sam was a dream to work with, he was not pushy at all, very knowledgeable, and took care of absolutely everything!! Very positive experience. Jay Britt found me the exact vehicle I was looking for at the right price. No details were overlooked and all phone calls were promptly returned. Jay is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The Enclave is a great, smooth riding vehicle and I will surely return to Rapp for my next one.
I had a very positive experience at Bill Rapp Superstore. The sales person, Dennis Lambie, was very helpful and courteous. He made sure all of my questions were answered and that I had an understanding of the many safety features on my Outback before leaving with it.
