I bought a 33000 dollar vehicle only to pay over 4000 in repairs within 2 years. First 2000 was within 1 year of purchase. They sold me a lemon with no regard for me the customer.
Every one is courteous, helpful and efficient.I have never felt taken advantage of as in trying to sell me a service to generate business.

Excellent customer service. Bill S., is wonderful to work with. His laid back, no pressure personality makes the whole process comfortable. I recently purchased my second Outback from Bill S. Bryan was also fantastic to work with. He explained the pros/cons and pricing for warranty packages, and like Bill, was no pressure. Even the associates in the service department are friendly. I will definitely reach out to Bill S. Down the road when I am ready for my next Subaru!
I went there with a clean trade and they were fair on the trade in price But the problem I had with them is that I was lied to. I wanted a brand New"Red" Subaru Crosstrekl with manual transmission. They had a New "White" with manual transmission. I asked my salesperson if they could get a Red one from another dealership. He went to check and the Sales manager came back with my sales person and said "Unfortually Subaru does not make the "Red Crosstrek anymore" I was trusting and believed Him. I am trying to purchase a new car from Bill Rapp--one that is eligible for the rebate on the sales price from New York State because it is a plug-in hybrid. NYS says that they work with participating dealers to use the rebate to lower the price at the time of the sale. Bill Rapp's team is trying to tell me that they do not do that. New York State representatives say that they do. Discriminating against diversifying and women customers by charging them more is illegal. What should I do?
So I was visiting and have a brand new ****** that was having problems only 2000 miles I bought the warranty that is supposed to work at any dealership. I have never felt so disrespected and unwelcome in my life. We will be switching car companies after the way Bill Rapps super store represented ******.
