I was on an emergency road trip from Watertown to New Jersey and my infotainment system glitched and locked the Apple car play feature. I also work for Subaru and knew that this is a widely known issue for wired car play for the 2022 head units in my model. Suggestion: If you want to deal with people having any integrity at all, you might want to steer clear of Bill Rapp Subaru. I was in the process of buying a used car and had requested that my mechanic look over the car prior to finalizing the purchase which was scheduled for the following day. Had the unfortunate circumstance of my engine failing in a 2 year old 41k mile car.. had it towed via Subaru to the dealer. My first interaction was with rich in service.. not a very pleasant person to speak with.. which I could live with if he would be willing to communicate, answer the phone or answer any questions..which he did very infrequently and honestly seemed like he felt I was bothering him when he did.
