Hello, was looking for used vehicle so I stopped in to look at the selection of cars they had for sale, Jeep Cherokee caught my eye. This is a place for terrible customer service, rude employees and mediocre jobs. The employees cuss at customers and are incredibly rude. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

good service and honest dealings and price. I checked with 2 other auto repair places that wanted to charge me almost double what bill and randy's did. Thanks guys

I had my "service engine soon" light on for awhile, and after going to a few other auto shops, they either told me they didn't know what was wrong or that it would cost lots of money to fix. One auto shop told me that it was fixed and that I should bring it back in if the light came back on. When the light came back on and I brought it back there, they told me that I should go to a dealership. So, they just screwed me over and I ended up paying that shop hundreds of dollars for service that's apparently not guaranteed. I fin... read more

These guys are awesome. I was referred to them by my father-in-law who's been using them for years. I went to them for a couple of O2 sensors....Checker wanted $350 for the two O2 sensors for my toyota. I took the problem to Bill and Randy's, and for the parts and service it was $250. This is only what got me hooked. I've been going back to them ever since. It is apparent that they are intent on keeping customers by their great customer service. USE Bill and Randy's. You'll see what I mean.
