This is the only guy I am letting touch my plumbing in Missoula from now on. Incredibly fast response time and resolved the issue quickly after other plumbers had failed to do so. All around solid guy, Thank you Bill!
Bill saved me when I thought my hot water tank was done. Walked me thru things on the phone and I was able to get it going again.
I cannot recommend Bill enough, it is always nice to deal with a straight shooter that will tell you how it is - good or bad and provide options from there. Bill did one job for us and he was responsive, thorough and did what he said he was going to do. On another, he provided options, versus just doing the repair, which didn't necessarily need to be done at this time and the issue was not causing any damage. Got FaceTime help from a plumber to fix my water heater on the weekend, with no charge. Super helpful and resolved it quickly without having to have someone come visit. Will definitely be calling them for future issues.
