I cannot recommend Bill enough, it is always nice to deal with a straight shooter that will tell you how it is - good or bad and provide options from there. Bill did one job for us and he was responsive, thorough and did what he said he was going to do. On another, he provided options, versus just doing the repair, which didn't necessarily need to be done at this time and the issue was not causing any damage. Bill, Bill, Bill, you are a time bomb! Stay away from this guy, won't guarantee work, thinks a weekly drain cleaning means the drain clogs every week. Actually means, you didn't clean the drain completely, you lost a loyal customer.
