Bill has been a gem both times I've called him-- the first time, he fixed a slow draining toilet in about 10 minutes (including trips out to the truck) and explained everything; the second, he gave me DIY advice and saved me a service fee. Nothing makes me trust someone more than when they actually take the time to explain what they're doing (or not doing) and why. Super grateful and on board as a committed customer!
Two weeks ago I was contacted by a highly rated plumbing company in Missoula. They were offering a Memorial Day special of having them drain my water heater and perform a safety check on the system ... all for the special price of 89.99. My electric water heater is fifteen years old and I thought this was a legitimate concern. The plumber drained the tank and then notified me that I didn't have a pressure relief valve in place. Fast, friendly and affordable! Bill was kind enough to take my call for a clogged drain on a Saturday. His office staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They got to us quickly and were very friendly. I won't use anyone else in town and I would HIGHLY recommend Bill's 24 Hour Plumbing. UPDATE: I recently called them again for another issue. So grateful I called Bill’s Plumbing!! Rather than “selling” me an expensive new toilet right out the gate, he took the time to explain a different route to alleviate the issues we’re having. So nice to have someone who isn’t all about the money, Bill just wants to help his customers AND was able to fit me into the schedule within a couple hours of my call rather than making us wait through the weekend!! I will call Bill next time I have an issue in my home!!
