Absolutely the BEST Customer Service from Sales to Service. We love our camper! The demo was detailed to the tee and everything was addressed before we left with the unit. Originally bought our Jayco 355 when it was still Bill Plemmons RV, great experience. 3 months after my factory warranty expired I was doing my spring check of roof seals and found a soft spot beside my front AC unit. I thoroughly inspected the entire area and couldn’t find a puncture anywhere. I called blue compass and told them, took my unit in after our trip the following week, upon inspection I was sent photos and told a limb must’ve hit my roof and caused a leak around the AC unit.
