UPDATE: Escalated to the Execs at Blue Compass and Blue Compass just passed me right back to the dealer and did nothing to help. I'm guessing delivering Human Waste in an RV that was sold as NEW has happened before because Blue Compass Execs, including the CEO, were not willing to help, besides, go back to the dealership and let them clean it. I purchased a 2027 East to West Entrada 210NSC from Blue Compass RV – Raleigh as a NEW motorhome and was separately charged $995 for a Pre Delivery Inspection. After delivery, I found numerous unacceptable condition and cleanliness issues and documented them extensively with 89 photos. I later discovered human excrement still remaining in the RV toilet. We had such a great experience with Payton at Blue Compass RV! He was attentive, personable, kind and just really easy to work with. We never felt pressured, and he made the whole process of trading our older camper and buying a new camper easy and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend asking for Payton Brooks!
