Great experience all the way around!
The service department has had a recent boost in experienced technicians and front desk folks, allowing an RV to be serviced the same day, as long as parts are available. We bought our Entegra in 2021 from Bill Plemmons RV (Now Blue Compass), with nearly all service being done by Blue Compass these past 4 years....Bravo to the team!
I had an unfortunate experience in the store today. Today is Sunday and thankfully this is one of the only RV stores open on Sunday. I needed to pick up an inch and a half waste slide valve as mine had failed last night. I called the store the see if they were still open and to see if they had the part in stock.
