This place scams customers into buying new vehicles after taking your own used vehicle in for service. I took my used 2008 Toyota Tacoma in for a transmission flush and change out. **************** brought in vehicle from his mechanic shop wanting a transmission flush. With the high milage and known transmission issues we had our technicians diagnose the vehicle. After scanning his vehicle our OEM Scan Tool showed hard shift solenoid codes and our ASE/Toyota Certified Technician recommended that the transmission be replaced. If we were to doa transmission flush on the vehicle there would be an assumed warranty and responsibility on that vehicle by us moving forward. Because of this we recommended not d... read more
Well, they got me. I agreed to a price of a vehicle that showed $*k in taxes being collected. The paperwork was then sent to me as I purchased from out of state. I didn’t catch it then, but on the official paperwork the final price was the same, but the taxes collected was $*k less. So, when I go to register the vehicle I have to pay $*k and the dealership keeps the $*k they screwed me out of. Well played Bill Penney. I would suggest bringing your business elsewhere… you have been warned.
