After being a customer for over 3 years and having three vehicles regularly serviced here, I won't be back. The new management doesn't seem to appreciate customer loyalty. Brought my Transit 250 in for an oil change and asked to have an "engine trouble" light checked - $225! A. I was already having work done, not just someone off the street and, B. If a repair had been needed, they would have gotten paid to do the work! Well David, you just lost another customer.
My wife took her bronco in, that is still under warranty, to have it looked at bc a horrible rattle is coming from the back. They looked the car over then told her they think the spare tire is too big and broke the mount but not certain. Then charged her $255. They didn’t tell us a problem or even find the problem. Then told us it wasn’t covered under warranty and she was made to pay the service fee for them to do, nor tell us anything. This is the place that takes advantage of a woman. Great service experience. All staff is very friendly and professional. Raquel Edmondson, the service advisor, is very courteous and knowledgeable and understands your needs and goes the extra mile to fulfill your request. Awesome experience with my second service visit.
