Great customer service!
My wife took my car to get it serviced. She waited in the showroom and quietly worked on something she brought with her. She told me the language that was being used in her presence was very ugly. We usually don't say anything about things of this nature however when the staff is using the BIGGEST curse word know to man it gets my attention. They took care of my car but there is a very slim chance we'll be back because of the language.
