Service was done as requested and accomplished correctly the first time. The service department kept me aware of when the work would be completed and advised me along the way. I could not be happier.
My experience has been awful.I paid 7k for new Ford transmission. When I got it back it wore tires out from not being aligned. The transmission went out after 78k miles. Dealership I sent to said because cooler wasn't flushed. Brace was left off. Now am being charged 2700 to repair what they messed up. That is after Ford warranty paid for transmission and labor for replacement.
I am happy with the service at North Country Ford thank you very much.
