It still isn't fixed took a week just to do a diagnostic on it to order the part now I have to bring it back kept getting the run around
The service department has had my 2024 Jeep Cherokee for 4 weeks to fix a condenser over the air conditioner. They told me would be the following week they would get part in 2 days .. every week the service department calls and says will be the next week , mechanic is behind in work . The next week they call and say exactly the same thing.. now on the 4 th week call again on Wednesday and tell me won’t be ready until next week again. Went over to North Country Jeep in Jasper this morning.. then tell me it will be ready tomor... read more
