Warranty repair and a recall was done in a professional and timely manner, truck was clean and neat when I received it back. Thank you for the pleasant experience.
Don’t do it!! Half ton ram with a diesel, and only, getting oil changed $525. I know it’s a diesel, not even a 3/4 ton truck. Yes my fault I didn’t ask for a price up front, but as I had business in Jasper, you know. Previous dealer I had it changed at is still only $155 plus tax. You can’t rob people but so often and not expect to lose all your business, be warned. Don’t let it happen to you.. Sad to see dealers continue to rob their customers, Bad Business.
