Service was promised to be completed by Friday, however they said they have "a line of cars" and pushed back to the following Wednesday. Will not be returning here for service.
I recently relocated from Las Vegas and called to schedule my 70,000 service. I gave the customer service rep my VIN number several times and she could not find it. I finally told her I would read it directly off the registration, she suddenly found it. I scheduled my appointment and showed up today. The representative in the bay 6/30/2025, first stated he could not find my appointment.
