Service was great overall. It's just not the same as it used to be here. I always felt so well taken care of here, but now it kind of feels like just another cattle being prodded through. Michelle and Jarrett would always give kind reminders of how to best take care of my car, but this time was just different. Still very nice, but I felt like it was for a sale vs. actually wanting to help me take care of my vehicle. I've bought three cars from Bill Pearce and absolutely love the two Volvos I have gotten.
My service experience was great! I wish I could afford to get another Volvo after this lease is up because I have had such a great experience! From my Joe to Zack and my shuttle drivers to the kind sales people I have dealt with. Just awesome all around!!!
