Thorough, helpful cs agent. Lovely shuttle car driver. Great snacks. Although the chemical air fresheners in the bathroom were horribly overbearing! The facility itself is beautiful and lovely. BE FORWARNED, They have started passing the 3% Credit card fee to the customer!!!!! You can only pay cash or bring an ATM card to avoid this.
I needed repairs on my air conditioning. I made an appointment to drop off the car and they supplied me with a loaner. Zoe, the service manager contacted me during the service for permission to proceed with the repairs necessary, and she was great about updating me on the progress.
