Bill Parr is dishonest and will not deliver what is promised. We paid in full and never received our wedding album or edited photos. The pictures we did receive were amateur quality at best. He would not respond to correspondence after the wedding and did not provide the deliverables that were paid for. If you want quality photos look elsewhere. If you are a fan of dishonesty and false promises with poor results Bill Parr is your man!!
