I got a grille shutter error on the dash, so took it for a diagnostic, and they indicated I need a new actuator and grille shutter for $1600. After just a few minutes of research I noticed this is common error from items getting lodged into the grille shutter. After my own brief inspection I noticed there was a piece of plastic lodged in the shutter and removed it. We have been customers for over 40 years. We have always taken our vehicles here for service. The service has always been reliable, fast and well executed. Tu Phong, the service manager, is a problem solver of the highest ability. His responsiveness and support keeps us buying and servicing vehicles at Bill Page, He has overseen the scheduled maintenance on all our vehicles and kept them running reliably in excess of 11 years.

I had the most disappointing and frustrating experience at Bill page toyota dealership on 12/5/2024. What should have been a routine service turned into a nightmare, full of stuff member they don't know there responsibility except finance department 🤔 Not recommended this place for service!!!!
