I went to the parts department to get rotors and brakes for my car and was helped by Marco, and his customer service was the best! Not only did he find the parts for me and answer all my questions with thorough explanations, he carried the heavy rotors to my car. Also, I didn't realize I accidentally left my car registration there until he called me and let me know! He was very professional and caring so I wanted to write this review to give him the recognition he deserves!

The people that work in the parts department were only vaguely interested in helping. Michael Ko is the man, though! He was able to find the part I needed.
