Bill came out on Superbowl Sunday to fix our 100 year old grandmother's fuel oil furnace. He was able to come that day, was very professional, and restored my grandmother's heat on the same day. He also showed us some things to do to maintain the furnace. He was patient while he explained everything to us, super knowledgeable, and genuine. I strongly recommend choosing him first over anyone else. He cares about what he does and his customers. He knows his stuff. Thank you for all that you did.
I'm not one to fill out survey's, let alone sign in to google in order to leave a review. That's how satisfied I am with Bill Owens. I won't call anyone else moving forward. In 2024 I contracted another HVAC company to repair my Navien unit. 4 months and $4,500.00 later, said company let me know they were unable to figure out what was wrong. 40+ years of experience. Very professional. Very responsive and moved expeditiously to get heat for me and my family in the dead of winter right during the holidays. Reasonably priced. I would strongly recommend him.
We had Bill clean our Mitsubishi mini split units. He did a fantastic job and was very professional. He answered any and all questions we had. Highly recommend.
