We couldn't be happier with our South Tampa home custom designed and built by BNCH. And we never would have anticipated that a spec home could check all of the boxes on our wish list. Patrick and his team did a beautiful job planning, designing and constructing our home. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are evident in each room, and the "WOWs" we hear from each visitor only reinforce how unique and exceptional this home is.
BNCH built our beautiful home in Cheval. Their architect worked with us to design it and we were able to incorporate everything we wanted into the design. Bill Norman was so easy to work with and so accommodating. Our house is stunning and we could not be happier with it. I purchased our home from Patrick and BNCH almost 2 years ago and we could not be more pleased. The quality of the home and the value was more than we could've expected.
