Had outer tie rod ends replaced one came out on driver side and caused front driver side to collapse under the truck and they passenger side was loose and I was told pretty much I was crud out of luck . Won’t ever use them again.
I own a 2500 GMC and have fought steering issues for a year.. took it to Nicks Garage and they had the problem fixed in an hour. I highly recommend giving them a try! They are very professional and backed by years of experience and training from factory dealerships. Go check them out you will not be disappointed!!
I am here in Beebe for work for the day when my car started having issues. Clarence did all he could to help me get set up to make it home. Amazing service. Very polite. Took my truck in here last Thursday with an oil leak. I've had other things worked on in the past without issue. This time I dealt with what I believe was the owner, Clarence. He had two opportunities, over the phone and when I first walked in to tell me he didn't have time, didn't want to deal with it, whatever. He looked at my truck said he cleaned it with brake fluid and "blew it off" and it was "dry". He said I didn't have an oil leak.
