Around 10 years ago they allowed individuals to kidnap my elderly father that suffered from dementia. This facility allowed 2 individuals to SIMPLY walk in and TAKE him from their care. The staff was at least nice enough to notify me approximately 2-3 hours after he was noticed missing. The individuals took him to an attorney and had him sign multiple legal papers.
