I called Bill Mullen Electric after a major outage at my home. I called at 830 am and they were able to schedule me in at 1 pm. Bill was able to assess the problem and fix it by 3 pm. He was knowledgeable, explained the problem and the process and had all the equipment and supplies on the van to fix the problem. The prices for repair are fair, I do not feel like I was overcharged. Bill has worked on numerous projects for us and has done a great job. I would definitely use him again and refer him to others.
I called today and was immediately able to talk to someone who was very polite and helpful. She said Bill would most likely be out the next day to look at my issue, but then called again shortly after saying he could come out today after a project he was working on. Bill was very easy to work with. He provided me the easier option to fix my issue, as well as some more options for my older electric panel if I wanted to make any other improvements.
